Stromation Homes is a real estate referral service. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We connect buyers and sellers with licensed real estate agents and earn a referral fee from the agent upon successful closing of a transaction. This referral arrangement is disclosed to all parties and complies with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations and National Association of Realtors (NAR) guidelines. The referral fee is paid by the agent, not the consumer, and does not increase the cost of buying or selling your home.
